ABOUT US

The philosophy behind skills development training is to provide basketball skills which will lead to long term success. The skills development training will help each basketball player to continually strive for a high level of performance by improving the speed of execution and accuracy of the performance. Our team provides a progressive training plan which will develop each athletes weaknesses and not allow their strengths to become their weaknesses...

THE JOURNEY BEGINS... WHY CHOOSE ENTRANCE BASKETBALL?
"Focus on continuous improvement... to improve your skills and transform into a  better prospect."

ENTRANCE Basketball is an introduction to and a continuance of the sport of basketball. When looking at the best players from the middle school, high school and collegiate levels, what basketball skills separate the competition? Physical attributes such as height are not in one's ability to control but an aspiring basketball player can develop athletic skills through skills development training.

The skills development training program provides a competitive environment where an aspiring basketball player can develop his or her basketball fundamentals to have an opportunity to compete at multiple levels of competition.

Many basketball players believe talent will provide an opportunity without developing additional basketball skills but "hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard."

ENTRANCE Basketball provides  a model for skills development training to solve each athletic challenge separately. The model takes the challenges each basketball player has and develops a training plan to address the athletic challenge by providing a connection between the athletic challenges to develop a solution.

Our program integrates skills from beginning to end by starting with a simple task to allow the basketball player to master the simple task before progressing to the next task. Basketball players must have the ability to connect a practical basketball skill to a game situation. With the synergy between practical basketball skills and game situations, a basketball player will be able to transition from simple skills to more complex skills which help continue a path towards success and opportunity.
