​SKILLS DEVELOPMENT TRAINING​

ENTRANCE Basketball provides skills development training at multiple levels to create opportunities for aspiring basketball players for the next levels of competition. The skills development training sessions incorporate philosophies to help educate aspiring basketball players with the foundations needed for practice and game preparation. The participants will learn collegiate and professional level skills from our skills development trainers. ENTRANCE Basketball is an affiliate and preferred partner of Pro Performance Sports.

PHASE I INTRODUCTORY LEVEL

The introductory level helps an aspiring basketball player understand his or her deficiencies as a basketball player. Specializing in one sport or a particular skill set impedes overall athletic development which leads to stagnation when developing sports-specific fundamentals. Phase I will identify the challenges and develop a foundation for development.

TRAINING PROGRAMS

Skills development sessions will incorporate speed, agility, quickness, plyometrics, strength and conditioning and basketball fundamentals. The basketball player will learn collegiate and professional level basketball skills. The sessions will consist of 1 - 2 hours based on the selected training plan:
 

  • Individual Session 

        $30.00 Per Hour

  • Monthly Plan A

        $50.00 Per Month

        1 Hour Session | 1x Per Week

 

 

  • Monthly Plan B

        $75.00 Per Month

        1 Hour Session | 2x Per Week
        2 Hour Session | 1x Per Week

PHASE II INTERMEDIATE LEVEL

The intermediate level provides a gradual progression for player development. With an age appropriate progression for skills and development, the aspiring basketball players will continue to improve and become more competitive. Phase II will help basketball players strengthen basketball fundamentals for maximum reward.

TRAINING CHECKLIST

To prepare for each skills development training session and provide a rewarding basketball experience, each participant should bring the following items to his or her session:

 

  • Basketball

  • Towel

  • Water or Sports Drink

  • Jump Rope

  • Notebook, Pencil or Pen

  • Tennis Ball

PHASE III ADVANCED LEVEL

The advanced level provides the foundation for long term development and competitive environments. The four focus areas surround the athletic, psychological, tactical and technical aspects of skills development. The basketball player is prepared for game situations. Phase III will help basketball players prepare for the next levels of competition.

TEAM TRAINING​ PROGRAMS​

Team training will consist of a progressive training plan based on feedback from the coach or organization. The skills development trainer will travel to your local facility and focus on the skill areas identified for improvement or to enhance the team's overall basketball skill sets. The training session will consist of a  3 - 4 hour session over multiple sessions.
